Is the AAXA P300 Really the Best Option Among Home Theater Projectors?
You should not look for just any kind of projector when you’re looking to find the best possible choices among home theater projectors. You need a model that generates the best possible image while being larger enough in size.
The options for home theater projectors are appealing but it’s important to watch for what is available. The ASUS S1 and LG PH300 are good choices but the AAXS P300 just might be the best option to find.
Why the AAXA P300 Is Stunning
The AAXA P300 is a great choice when looking for home theater projectors. The AAXA model can generate a 58-inch image. This is better than the 42-inch screen that the LG PH300 can generate.
This creates a better and brighter appearance as well. This establishes a good look that could be used as its own separate television set when a traditional option is not available. The larger breadth of colors and the stronger appearance on the screen makes this a great choice.
Light Output and Display Points
The light output is important in that more lumens are needed to create an image that is true to life without any dark spots all around. The AAXA P300 generates about 240 lumens. This is less than the 400 lumens AAXA promises but it is still brighter than the competition. The LG PH300 only generates about 150 lumens, for instance.
The strong light output allows the AAXA model to create a brighter image while displaying colors as accurately as possible. The 813:1 contrast ratio is especially great for how it establishes a better range of colors.
This does take a bit of time to use when trying to adjust the image though. The problem with adjusting the image is that it is not always easy to get the right setting every time, what with the device not using any test patterns to help users see what should be displayed or adjusted.
The connections that work on the AAXA P300 are rather effective. An HDMI connection and an AV outlet are both available. A TF Card can also be included. These work with a simple power switch as well. The projector is carefully organized quite well and is very easy to handle.
The connections for this can incldue VGA and composite options. Separate adapters are needed for them though. Also, a USB drive or microSD card can be inserted to play back AVIs and JPGs.
While the AAXA P300 has an internal speaker, it can be linked to a larger speaker setup. The added port on this projector makes it easier for a user to hook it up to such a connection.
The P300 even uses a remote. It can be used in lieu of the traditional buttons found on the physical body of the device.
Compared To Others
The AAXA P300 is a little larger in size than the LG PH300 and Brookstone Pocket Projector among other models. Also, the P300 does better with generating a larger image than other models.
The LG PH300 does have an advantage in terms of how it generates images though. It uses a twenty-point white balance feature and a 3D six-point color management setup. These help with creating accurate images although they aren’t as bright as what AAXA can generate with its model.
Meanwhile, the ASUS S1 is much smaller and only generates 90 lumens of light. Still, it has a battery that can last for three hours on a charge. It can also generate images of about 40 inches in size without any problems. It may be tough to try and get the screen to look better when it is larger in size though.
The Brookstone Pocket Projector is a weaker option in that it does not generate much of a large screen and has no remote features. It does support 720p images although it works better if it is very close to the flat surface that it is trying to be projected onto.
The AAXA P300 will certainly do well for your projection needs. This is the best option available for how it generates brighter images and can create clear images at larger sizes. It also offers a sensible series of ports and a simple control mechanism to keep it working well. When compared with other options, this will be an ideal choice.
